Kale Chips Reflection!!! Date of past lab May 16 2022. Re-Make Kale Chips Please!!!!!  Recommend - less oil and less salt for most groups! Pressed Garlic Optional. Remember - Kale is pre-washed - no need to re-wash this batch.  Let's see if you can make even better chips than you made on May 16 2022.  Make Kale Chips!  Kale Chip!  - info. Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. Your Kale is pre-washed and separated into chip size :)  Careful with oven pls! Use LIGHT & OVERHEAD FAN PLS!  WATCH YOUR CHIPS!!!! Shorter bake time in our ovens. Use lower tray. May 10 Svanja Cookie Reflect! & 3 Sisters Lesson TTOC

Attendance. Please take attendance as emailed. Please hand out Cooking 9 Recipe Duo-Tangs. These are located in the filing cabinet at the front of the room. Top drawer. Labelled - Cooking 9.  Please photocopy and hand out a Lab Reflection Sheet for each student. A few blank copies are located at the front of the room on the front shelves under the projector. Please photocopy 30+. If you cannot locate the sheet please download a copy HERE and have your TA - Svanja go to the front office to copy these (x30).  Students to complete their Lab Reflection on Svanja's Cookie's!  Lab Date: May 6, 2022. (For top of Lab Reflection Sheet).  Please have students complete their Reflection Sheets and ADD THEM properly to their Duo Tangs. Please have students organize and check their duo tangs. E.g. do they have the cookie recipe and the reflection? If they are missing the recipe they will need to copy this down and add it to their duo tang in front of their cookie reflection sheet...

Svanja to lead class.  Svanja knows where class duo-tangs and recipes are.  Svanja to manage supervision of cooking baking, station cleaning and station checks for end of class.  Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
