Svanja to manage supervision of cooking baking, station cleaning and station checks for end of class. 

Lab Group Assignments - 

Head Chef

Prep Cooks x 2

Dishwasher

IMPORTANT!!!! 

  • Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
  • One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef.
  • Melt Butter only for 10-15 seconds in microwave and only in ceramic white small bowl!
  • DO NOT EAT MIX WHILE PREPPING.
  • Careful with oven pls! 
  • WATCH YOUR COOKIES!!!! Shorter bake time in our ovens. Check with Svanja!
  • At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area. 
  • WIPE AND SPRAY CLEAN the faucet.
  • All used aprons and dishtowels to the front laundry hamper for washing on Monday.
