Kale Chips Reflection!!! Date of past lab May 16 2022.

Re-Make Kale Chips Please!!!!! 

Recommend - less oil and less salt for most groups!

Pressed Garlic Optional.

Remember - Kale is pre-washed - no need to re-wash this batch. 

Let's see if you can make even better chips than you made on May 16 2022.

IMPORTANT!!!! 

  • Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
  • One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef.
  • Your Kale is pre-washed and separated into chip size :) 
  • Careful with oven pls! Use LIGHT & OVERHEAD FAN PLS! 
  • WATCH YOUR CHIPS!!!! Shorter bake time in our ovens. Use lower tray.
  • At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area. 
  • WIPE AND SPRAY CLEAN the faucet.
  • All used aprons and dishtowels to the front laundry hamper.
