Lab Groups to review and check all equipment is at their stations as required for your Term project cook on Thursday. Check in with Ms. H. regarding ingredients. E.g. what do we already have in the foods room and what will need to be purchased prior to Thursday. Final Exam Prep Review Kahoot Gregory - may - do a free cook - possibly. Baguettes. Check in on garden. Water & weeding - small group to check in possibly with Ms. Jones. Games Day! TA to shop re: classes H today. Shopping for D tomorrow.

Chocolate Banana Coconut Date Smoothie Milkshake (Oat Milk) Recipe Make! Note: Lab Group A - to share blender with Lab B. Lab Group Assignments - Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!! Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. DO NOT EAT MIX WHILE PREPPING. Careful with the blenders please!!! They are GLASS!!!! Group A may not have a working blender - may need to share. Dishwashers - please remember to unscrew the bottom of the glass blender part to wash properly. Do NOT LOSE the grey washer!!! Careful when washing - glass breaks! At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters.
