Lab Group Assignments -

IMPORTANT!!!! 

  • Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
  • One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef.
  • DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR TO SMOKE! You want your product to be moving and spinning. If you add ALL the chickpeas and your blade does not spin - add a touch of water or chickpea juice. 
  • DO NOT EAT MIX WHILE PREPPING.
  • At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area. 
  • BE CAREFUL WHEN WASHING/CLEANING YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR BLADES and KNIFES! 
  • DO NOT DUMP SHARP OBJECTS INTO THE SINK -
  • Carefully wipe blades with cleaner brush out of the sink! DO NOT DUNK LID OF FOOD PROCESSOR - 
  • WIPE AND SPRAY CLEAN with the faucet.
  • All used aprons and dishtowels to the front laundry hamper for washing.
