Possible plan:? Fig, seed, oat bars, choc chips - check status of seeds with nut allergy. 

Safety in the kitchen - a review - pay attention! There will be a quiz next week on hand washing, kitchen safety and dishwashing protocol! (which I will review below as well).

Wash Hands - Progression of how to wash hands.

ALL basic Hygiene Methodologies re: prepping to work in a kitchen.

Knife Safety - How to wash & store knives safely. How to move around the kitchen with a knife safely and pass a knife safely.

Fires - How to best put out different types of fires in the kitchen. 

Allergy Awareness & Safety.
