Lab Group Assignments -

IMPORTANT!!!! 

  • Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
  • One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef.
  • DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR TO SMOKE! You want your product to be moving and spinning. If you add the dates and your blade does not spin - add a touch of water. 
  • DO NOT EAT MIX WHILE PREPPING YOUR ENERGY BALLS!
  • Once your group has prepped your tray/plate of energy balls please bring to the back Teacher Station for labelling and transfer to the back freezers for setting
  • At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area. 
  • BE CAREFUL WHEN WASHING/CLEANING YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR BLADES! DO NOT DUMP IN SINK -
  • Carefully wipe blades with cleaner brush out of the sink! 
  • All used aprons and dishtowels to the front laundry hamper for washing. 
  • While we are waiting for your Energy Balls to set please check Teams re: any and all missing assignments. You can use your phones and or request to go to the library lab/resource (if you have a block) to check your work/assignments inside our Class Team.
